We have licensed colourists in our HQ from top schools and salons, who individually review your profile, craft your colour, and are available to call when you need extra guidance. Plus, they don't just say goodbye after your colour ships. They stick by your side throughout your colour journey—checking in, offering guidance, and making sure you're thrilled to bits about your colour.

Colorsmith accepts Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. Since every custom colour is made to order, we’ll only charge you once your colour is packed and shipped. All purchases are subject to bank authorisation prior to processing. Only authorised purchases will be processed and shipped.

Every Colorsmith hair colour order includes personalised instructions unique to your application. They include a detailed explanation of how to apply your colour at home and are created specifically by your colourist to achieve your current colour goal. That means they may change from order to order, so it's super important to read them carefully before applying your colour. Common mistakes such as leaving the colour on longer than instructed, or washing the colour out before it has fully processed, can result in a look you might not have been going for.
